We are a company specializing in conference, function and event co-ordinating and also manage larger conferences and events on behalf of our clients. Aloewoods will do your conference management, function planning, events planning and co-ordination for you. We also have a team building division ("The Link Team Building Experiences"), which specializes in outcomes-based team building - tell us what you want to achieve and we will create an experience for you that will provide the desired result. You can also choose from about 12 creative and fun experiences. We will also attend to all event management related to the team build should you so wish.
In today's economic times, we focus on providing cost effective solutions for our clients. We charge NO management fees and work on a commission basis as far as possible (provided that clients choose venues and suppliers who pay agent's commission). You will also be assured of our excellent service - we really do take the hassle out of arranging your conference, event, function or team build.
We are based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa; however we operate countrywide and are also able to arrange conferences and events throughout the sub-region.
Our focus is on offering a highly professional, personalised, “hands-on” and efficient service to our clients. Once a company has worked with us, they usually work with us repeatedly. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our clients. To this end, we have a fully mobile office with laptops, mobile phones (as well as land lines), wireless Internet and e-mail. We also make use of Internet banking services for your convenience.
We are a registered Level 4 company in terms of South Africas Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment regulations, are VAT registered and have a valid Tax Clearance Certificate. We are members of the Port Elizabeth Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PERCCI).
