ALOEWOODS MOVIING INTO TOURISM & ENVIRONMENTAL WORK

Aloewoods regrets that it has had to move out of the corporate conference and eventing industries due to the current international recession.  We wish to thank our clients for their support - we have been fortunate to work with some very nice people and have gained a wealth of experience which will be very beneficial to us in the future.  Says Bronwyn Howard: "It is a little disappointing to come to the end of what has been a very interesting period but with the international recession, we are going to need to do something different.  However, we see this not as a set-back but as a wonderful opportunity - and are going forward into a field which has long been an interest and a passion of mine."  Bronwyn has developed an online birding magazine and will also be working as an environmental journalist, something which has long been a passion of hers.

The company has, however, formed a tourism operation "Lifers & Twitchers Birding Tours" and offers a range of nature-based day trips (to areas such as Pilanesberg National Park, Sun City, etc) as well as short excursions for corporate companies who have international colleagues or guests visiting South Africa.

We are conveniently situated near OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.  Our wealth of experience in the travel/tourism industry as well as the conference and wildlife arenas will ensure that clients have a memorable experience with us.
