Aloewoods has been operating as conference, function and event organizers since June 2005. Since inception, we have worked for some of the larger South African corporate companies, many with international links.
Aloewoods offers the following services to our clients:
- Venue finding - we find suitable venues for our clients throughout South Africa and the entire sub-region;
- Conference organizing - we attend to all aspects of arranging a conference, from finding a suitable venue to assisting clients with queries they may have on their final accounts for drinks and extras;
- Function and event organizing - we attend to all aspects from sourcing a suitable venue to finding suppliers to assist you with aspects such as flowers and décor, entertainment and music, as well as a wide range of activities from game drives to team building (depending on your requirements and what the venue is able to offer);
- Corporate weekends away & incentive trips - we have a large database of suppliers and can arrange anything from a golf weekend or bush break for your top clients and guests to an incentive trip for a few days anywhere in Southern Africa;
- We are also able to arrange corporate gifts, prizes and even vehicular transport to venues, should you require these services;
- Team building - we have a division specialising in outcomes based team building ("The Link Team Building Experiences", where we offer a variety of activities tailored to achieve a specific outcome as instructed by you. Click here for further details. We also use outside suppliers should you wish to do adventure activities such as abseiling, quad biking, river rafting, zip sliding, canoeing - and more.
We have an extensive database of venues and suppliers and are able to assist you no matter what your requirements are. Aloewoods undertakes extensive site visits to ensure that we are always up do date on products and services available to our clients.
