Aloewoods team building division ("The Link") offers a range of outcome-based team builds to corporate companies. Discuss with us what you wish to get out of your team building experience and we will tailor our activities so that such an outcome is reached. We recently teamed up with Thomas International in Port Elizabeth. While our team builds highlight different aspects of your people and teams, Thomas International provides you with a vehicle to take what you've discovered to the next level - they will assist you in providing keys to dealing with problems and also maximising strengths that the team builds may highlight.
We are also able to arrange supplementary activities with outsource suppliers, should you wish to round off your day with us by having an active component to your team build. Our suppliers offer options such as paintball, archery, lazer clay shooting, quad biking, 4x4 driving, river rafting, abseiling, potjiekos competitions (selected venues only), boat cruises and the like. Spend a day or a few days with us and we will create a fun, informative package to your requirements.
Should you so require, we will also arrange a suitable venue, accommodation, catering to your requirements, transport to the venue and prizes/corporate gifts. Our team builds can also be linked to conferences, should you wish us to arrange an entire package for you.

- The Ad Agency - Delegates create an advert for a product/service of your company. Teamwork, creativity, working to deadlines, & wise use of limited resources are some of the outcomes that can be considered.
- Design A Logo - Delegates create a logo reflecting the mission, vision and values of your company. Great when you have new employees or have just undergone a restructuring or merger.
- Treasure Hunt - Delegates use survey equipment in these treasure hunts, which are tailored to reflect the type of business you are in. Teamwork, accuracy and being able to work to deadlines are essential. Check out your ability to think out of the box with this one!
- The Corporate War - Delegates are grouped into teams and then need to strategize to outwit each other over varied natural terrain (selected venues only). Strategy, teamwork and the ability to "think on your feet" will ensure success. A great alternative to paintbal and loads of fun too.
- The Puppet Show - Delegates create and market a puppet show. Ideal for sales & marketing teams - you can also bring in underpriviledged kids to enjoy your efforts too.
- Design A Tour - Test your colleagues' logistical and planning skills with this fun activity.
- Survivor Games - Choose from a number of short activities in this popular team build including "katty shooting", "the blind trail", "balance beam", "eat as much as you like" - and others. Compete against the other teams to see who wins! A great way to have fun and a really bonding experience too.
- The Monopoly Quiz - In this fun activity, use your general knowledge - and knowledge about your company - to earn Monopoly money that you can use to bid for pictures.
- Puzzle Auction - Use your strategic thinking skills when you bid against other teams and facilitators to complete a puzzle.
- The Collage - Compete in this unusual memory game to see who can complete the collage first.
